shop.vsvp.com is the website of the bookshop of the Swiss Federation of Mycological Associations, Bahnstrasse 22, 3008 Bern. It offers books, learning media, the annual subscription to the Swiss Mushroom Journal (SZP BSM) and various other articles specialising in mycology for sale. Our currency is the Swiss Franc (CHF), the prices in this currency are correct. Prices in other currencies, e.g. Euro, are converted on the basis of current exchange rates. Prices in foreign currencies do not correspond to the actual prices and are not valid.
Purchase orders
All orders are binding. Delivery times are not binding. You will be informed promptly by e-mail in the event of delivery problems.
Titles that are temporarily unavailable will be reserved for you.
If you order several items with different delivery times, we will automatically deliver the titles that are already available in advance. Subsequent deliveries will be delivered with additional shipping costs.
If you would like a complete delivery, please mention this explicitly in the comments.
Pre-orders will be delivered after receipt of the ordered goods with additional shipping costs.
Price details
The prices quoted are without guarantee and are subject to any price changes by publishers or suppliers. We endeavour to avoid price adjustments as far as possible.
Shop.vsvp.com will adjust the subscription prices for SZP BSM annual subscriptions if they increase or decrease due to increased distribution, labour, printing and/or paper costs. A price increase does not give rise to a special right of cancellation.
Payment in general
Domestic: The payment period for invoices is 30 days, these are to be paid via invoice payment slip or TWINT.
Customers who repeatedly fail to pay within the deadline will receive future orders against prepayment.
Abroad: Delivery against advance payment without VAT refund. Any customs clearance and transport costs are generally borne by the buyer.
Payment of SZP BSM subscription
The subscriber must pay the agreed subscription price for the SZP BSM in advance before receiving the first issue. The billing interval is upon ordering and thereafter annually at the beginning of the year.
Contract period and cancellation of SZP BSM subscription
The subscription (annual subscription and gift subscription) is valid indefinitely until it is cancelled.
Cancellation period: 60 days to the end of the year.
Price adjustments do not require the written form.
Collection
Customers have the opportunity to collect their ordered product at a VSVP event (Delegates‘ Meeting, Swiss Mushroom Identifiers’ Conference SPT etc.) as well as the VAPKO D General Meeting or mushroom exhibitions etc.. The individual dates and locations will be publicised (VSVP homepage, shop.vsvp.com, SZP, newsletter, e-mail, etc.).
From 50 kg or over CHF 500.00 order value, collection or delivery can be arranged by e-mail in exceptional cases.
Pick-up requests must be expressly mentioned in the comments section of the order process. This will not incur any additional costs to the invoice amount.
Shipping costs
Please refer to our shop website for packaging and postage costs.
Returns
In the event of manufacturing faults and incorrect deliveries, we will exchange the items in question for a faultless item. Please always state the invoice number and the reason for the return. Returns are at your own risk/liability.
Returns due to duplicate orders, incorrect orders, etc. will incur a handling fee of CHF 20.00. This will be charged to the sender in addition to the packaging and shipping costs incurred.
We cannot take back
Newspapers, periodicals, magazines, yearbooks and calendars
Gift articles, cards, vouchers etc.

Marketing
Data from orders (current, historical) including e-mail addresses may be used for marketing purposes.
Deletions from information newsletters are possible at any time by sending an email to buchhandel@vsvp.com.
Data security
We process personal data to fulfil contracts and maintain ongoing customer relationships. Data protection is very important to us, which is why your personal data and all order information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and only passed on to third parties if this is absolutely necessary for the proper provision of services (order processing). However, we expressly exclude the forwarding of your data for advertising purposes. As a customer, you expressly agree to this use of your data. We accept no liability whatsoever for the entry of customer data into the shop system.
Retention of title
Ordered products remain the property of USSM until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Validity of GTC
In general, the General Terms and Conditions are valid in German. Other languages will be translated electronically.
